NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
A legal contract preventing the sharing of confidential business information.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that prevents the receiving party from sharing confidential information. On Enterpricr, NDAs are built into the platform -- buyers digitally sign an NDA before accessing sensitive listing details like exact revenue figures, tech stack, customer data, or source code access. The signed NDA is SHA-256 hashed, timestamped, and stored in the forensic audit log. Violating an NDA exposes the buyer to legal liability, and their verified identity is on file for enforcement.
