Escrow
A secure third-party holding of funds until both buyer and seller fulfill their obligations.
Escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party (Enterpricr) holds the buyer's payment in a secure account until the transaction is complete. The buyer's money is protected because it only releases when they confirm receipt of all assets. The seller is protected because the funds are committed and verified before they transfer any assets. On Enterpricr, every transaction uses escrow -- including installment payments where each payment is individually escrowed. Source code, credentials, and access are only transferred after escrow funds clear.
