Craftr GPT Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Craftr is a product of Enterpricr ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at enterpricr.com and through the OpenAI GPT Store. This policy covers how Craftr handles data when you interact with it through OpenAI's ChatGPT platform or directly through the Enterpricr API.

2. What Data Craftr Receives

When you use Craftr, the following data may be sent to our API:

• Text prompts -- news stories, trend descriptions, business descriptions, or other text you type or paste into the conversation.
• Image URLs -- when you upload a photo to ChatGPT and Craftr's vision features are used, a temporary URL to that image is sent to our API for analysis.
• Feature requests -- which Craftr feature you invoke (analyze, vision, snap-stack, script, challenge, remix).

We do not receive your OpenAI account information, email address, payment details, chat history outside of the current Craftr interaction, or any data from other GPTs or conversations.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate responses -- your text and images are processed by AI models to produce business opportunity analysis, pitch scripts, and related content. This is the core function of Craftr.
• To improve Craftr -- we may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns (e.g., which features are most popular) to improve the product. We do not use your specific prompts or images for model training.
• To enforce rate limits -- we track request counts per session to enforce daily credit limits by tier.

4. Data Retention

• Prompts and images -- are processed in real-time and not stored after the response is generated. We do not maintain a database of your queries or uploaded images.
• Usage metrics -- anonymized request counts and feature usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days for analytics and rate limiting purposes.
• Logs -- server logs containing request metadata (timestamps, endpoints called, response status codes) are retained for up to 30 days for debugging and security monitoring, then automatically deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

Craftr uses the following third-party services to operate:

• OpenAI -- Craftr is hosted as a GPT on OpenAI's platform. OpenAI's own privacy policy governs how your data is handled within ChatGPT itself.
• Vercel -- our API is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data processing.
• AI model providers -- text and image analysis is performed using AI models accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway. Prompts are sent to these providers for inference only and are not used for training.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your prompts or images with any third party except the AI model providers necessary to generate your response (as described in Section 5). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Children's Privacy

Craftr is designed for users aged 13 and older, consistent with OpenAI's age requirements for ChatGPT. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided data to Craftr, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not store your prompts or images after generating a response, there is no persistent personal data to access, correct, or delete. 9. Security

All data transmitted between ChatGPT and our API is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our API endpoints are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. We follow industry-standard practices for securing API endpoints, including rate limiting and input validation.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Craftr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
